Downdetector: Users facing problems in Telegram work

MOSCOW, Sep 21 (PRIME) -- Telegram users in several countries, including Russia, have complained about issues in the messenger’s work, according to data of Downdetector, which tracks problems on popular Internet resources, as seen by PRIME on Monday.

The problems were first reported at 1.34 p.m. Moscow time.

The issues were also seen in Belarus, Poland, Hungary, Singapore, and others.
